SOGLIA 15th Assembly

The 15th Assembly of SOGLIA was held in Bar Montenegro in October 2024 and marked an important moment in the life of the Confederation reaffirming its commitment to unity regularity and meaningful international cooperation.
The Assembly was hosted by the Grand National Lodge of Montenegro which welcomed the delegations with exemplary organization dignity and fraternal warmth. The city of Bar provided an ideal setting combining historical depth with an atmosphere conducive to serious work and genuine fellowship.
A central and highly symbolic moment of the Assembly was the formal presentation of membership certificates to all member Grand Lodges. The President of SOGLIA MWGM Dr Walid Abou Dehn 33° personally handed the certificates to the Grand Lodges affirming their full membership within the Confederation. This gesture carried strong institutional meaning confirming continuity legitimacy and the shared commitment of all members to the principles and values of SOGLIA.
The working sessions of the Assembly were conducted in a constructive and disciplined spirit. Discussions focused on strengthening cooperation reinforcing trust between jurisdictions and ensuring that future development remains grounded in responsibility and respect for sovereignty. The quality of the exchanges reflected the maturity of the Confederation and the clear will of its members to work together in a serious and structured manner.
The Grand National Lodge of Montenegro played a decisive role in the success of the Assembly. Its careful preparation attention to detail and sincere hospitality ensured that both the formal meetings and moments of fraternal interaction were conducted at the highest level. The host jurisdiction was widely praised for creating an environment that allowed the Assembly to achieve its objectives smoothly and effectively.
